Well hello there, I am Rai and I have a deep passion for creating functional art pieces that make people smile.

I am an early primary teacher by day and a potter by night! I love to create characters on my pottery pieces that are inspired by the whimsical figures I see in the children's books I read to the students as well as the children's books I grew up with. It is a constant source of joy to make functional art pieces that can be used in daily life. My work is intended to make everyday living a little more playful!
